PLEASE READ THESE NOTES. Please do not make speculative purchases. If you do not know what you are ordering, please telephone our sales department on 01580 200663 to discuss. We will do as much as we can to make sure there is no confusion over purchases and we can usually send free samples of our stock lines for you to see before you purchase (there are a few exceptions).
Please note that we expect you to be reasonable in your requests for samples, requests such as 'one each of everything you do' will be discarded!
Why do we do this? It is simple - we like you to be sure you are ordering what you think you are ordering because we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ALL GOODS SENT CORRECTLY TO ORDER THAT ARRIVE IN GOOD CONDITION.
We exist to trade with other businesses. We only trade with individuals to be helpful, as we are aware that some of the products we offer are just not available in high street stationers. Please be aware that if you purchase from us you are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations as we do not offer you the opportunity to change your mind about purchases (see previous paragraph).
Be sure to inspect cartons before signing. If damaged be sure to endorse appropriately before signing for goods from carrier.
Please note that all consignments require a signature upon delivery. The only exception to this is if you give us written instructions for goods to be left without a signature 'in the porch' etc. Be aware that, if you instruct us to leave goods without a signature, this is entirely at you own risk in all respects - there is no come back on either us or the carrier. We do not recommend this course of action.
If your address is in multi-occupation or multi-storey premises, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will deliver to your individual door. If you order goods you must be prepared to meet the carrier at your main entrance or reception.
If you are not there to receive goods then you will be left a card by the carrier to ring for one more attempt to be made. Please telephone this number as a matter of urgency as carriers sometimes try to deliver again the following day, or they may just wait for your call.
Carriers will only attempt to deliver your consignment twice or keep it at their depot for a few days for you to collect. If you know that your premises will not be manned on certain days then please advise us at the time of ordering. We will be as helpful as we can but, basically, if you order goods they could be delivered at any time during the day, Monday to Friday. Goods are usually delivered by our carriers the day after we despatch them but this is not guaranteed.
If you require special delivery (before noon etc.) or require consignments 'booked in', then this costs extra.
Large orders or certain types of goods may be delivered on a pallet (boxed goods on the pallet). If you cannot accept pallets you must discuss this with us at the time of ordering.

UK ORDERS.
All prices on this site are for payment with order by cheque or credit/debit card and are carriage paid UK MAINLAND, for orders of £150.00 (before VAT) or more. Account prices may vary from those shown. Orders under £150.00 are subject to a carriage charge of £10.00 + VAT (see top of price columns). Islands and Ireland quoted. You may add different products together (as long as they are stock products with prices listed on this site) to make up a £150.00 (+ VAT) carriage paid order. Some products show special prices for certain quantities of that particular product. In any event, mixed product or single product orders can be purchased at lower prices (if an appropriate lower price column is shown by the product) if your order reaches £500 or £ 1,000 in value (before VAT).
MAINLAND EUROPE (EU) ORDERS.
Carriage is extra on all orders. Minimum carriage charge for EU is £20.00 (some areas cost more). EU countries supplied VAT free against valid VAT number.
