PVC Pockets from Stock Tooling

In addition to our range of stock products, we also produce PVC items to special order. Clear PVC pockets feature prominently in this category and we have, over the years, accumulated tooling suitable for a fair variety of sizes and types. The links listed below give information regarding available sizes, in order that you may take advantage of a production run without the cost of initial tooling.

The dimensions shown on the lists are the approximate overall external sizes of each product, the maximum size of card is shown as a guide only. Several styles are offered, but the weld profile (plain, patterned etc.) can vary from size to size:

Style A: Pockets with all corners rounded,
with front lower than the back for easy access.

Style B: Pockets with just the lower corners
rounded, flush cut at open edge.

Style C: Pockets with square corners,
flush cut at open edge.

Style D: Pockets with square corners,
with front sheet lower than back for easy access.

Style E: Pockets with extended rear sheet,
fitted with eyelet.

Unless otherwise requested, we will quote all pockets in 0.15mm clear semi-rigid PVC, although other see-through options open to you are 0.18mm clear, 0.25mm clear, 0.15mm tinted (red, green, yellow, or blue), or 0.2mm clear pinseal (frosted).
